This is a Jaeger OEM Dual Safety Gauge for MGA 1500 1600 Twin Cam and MGB 1963 to 1967. Fitted chassis number 14090 on. Original factory part 17H298 Jaeger gauge with correct face number GD1501/01. Make your MGA and MGB concours restoration correct with this guage. Made with modern movements which are more accurate than the originals. They will last longer in storage and are more durable. The gauge also has the correct Blue lens covering like the original to give the correct light color. The gauge has a 6 feet 6 inch capillary tube with a 5/8" UNF male fitting for the water temperature side and includes a mounting bracket and 2 thumb screws. As for the oil pressure side of the gauge it will take a 1/8" BSP fitting but does not come with the oil line or fitting. The bezel diameter is 56mm (2.20 inches) and the body diameter is 52mm (2.05 Inches). Please note this gauge reads temperature from 90 degrees to 230 degrees Fahrenheit and oil pressure from 0 to 100 psi. If you would like to stop guessing if your 50 year old gauge is really giving you the correct reading, replace it with this new gauge. Cross Reference 360-320
