Description
This is a Pertronix Electronic Ignitor II Ignition kit for MGB 1975 to 1976 or the 41427 45D4 Replacement Distributor. These kits are very easy to install and are truly set once and forget it ignition system. For customers that need a stronger spark and performance in the upper RPM range the Pertronix Ignitor II Ignition System produces twice as much spark at the plug between 3000 rpm and 5000 rpm. Advanced circuitry senses the higher rpm and adjusts for the inherent electronic delay to keep a constant spark. With the Pertronix Ignitor II Ignition System Solid core wires cannot be used and a heavy duty cap and rotor are a must. Also only the Pertronix Flame Thrower II Ignition coil can be used.
