The great thing about the MGB and the Austin Healey BJ8 is that the front wheel bearings can be shimmed to get the perfect fit. But the bad thing about the MGB and the Austin Healey BJ8 is they need to been shimmed and which shims do you need? We have made it easy for you and have put a kit together that will insure you will be able to shim the front wheel bearings perfectly on your MGB and BJ8. The kit includes; 2 ATB420 0.003, 2 ATB4241 0.005, 2 ATB4242 0.010 and 1 BTB656 0.30. Proper shim alignment is very important, if you get a slight wobble in the front wheel it pushes the brake pads back into the caliper and you will get a long pedal the next time you step on the brake pedal.
